Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Level Up REI website (leveluprei.io) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Services
Level Up REI (operated by Premier Lead Gen LLC) provides done-for-you Meta advertising management, lead generation, coaching, and related marketing services for real estate wholesalers and flippers. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Guarantee of Results
Marketing and advertising results vary by market, ad spend, business operations, follow-up systems, and many other factors outside our control. Nothing on this website — including statistics, case studies, testimonials, or any other content — constitutes a guarantee, warranty, or promise of specific results. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any income or revenue figures referenced are illustrative of what some clients have achieved and should not be interpreted as typical or expected outcomes.

Ad Spend & Third-Party Platforms
Ad spend is paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and is separate from Level Up REI's management fee. We are not responsible for changes to Meta's advertising platform, algorithm updates, policy changes, account restrictions, or any other platform-side events that may affect campaign performance. We will work to adapt to platform changes as quickly as possible.
Payment Terms
Our management fee is billed monthly. Services continue on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable. Unpaid invoices may result in pausing or termination of services.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including copy, design, graphics, ad creatives, SOPs, and training materials — is the property of Premier Lead Gen LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level Up REI and Premier Lead Gen LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
